Position: Project Coordinator Location: Anywhere in Europe Salary: €1,400 - 1,700 Schedule: US Shift
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering and other related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or with similar responsibilities
- Solid organizational and time-management skills
- Must be residing in anywhere in Europe
Nice To Haves
- SAP background and knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities
- Monitor Project Progress
- Provide detailed updates/reports to Product Owner
- Escalate any blockers, issues or risk to Product Owner and Project Manager
- Ensure team members have all the resources they need to complete their tasks
- Planning Project meetings and/or Escalation meetings
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- PM Artifacts Assistance, Follow-ups and Communication
- Project Change Requests Drafting, Alignment, Communications, and Approvals
- Help with Project Signoffs and related tasks milestones deliverables
- Solution Delivery POC for STO Aging Weekly Reporting and Support Team Coordination
- PMO-Accounting Report Assistance and Communication
