About The Position

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator / Project Manager for a contract role based in Columbus, OH. This onsite position will involve coordinating IT projects, supporting the implementation of various IT solutions, and tracking project progress. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and experience with process improvement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of project management experience implementing Information Technology solutions.
• 2+ years of experience implementing both on-premise and SaaS/hosted solutions.
• Proven experience with project coordination, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with practice development and process improvement.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Planview PPMP.
• Experience developing or improving project management practices, processes, standards, and governance.
• Experience working with cross-functional IT and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT projects, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Support implementation and delivery of on-premise, SaaS, and hosted IT solutions.
• Track project status, risks, issues, action items, and milestones.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and project leadership.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, meeting materials, and project updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, standards, and workflows.
• Support practice development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help establish and maintain consistent project management methodologies and best practices.
• Use project management tools to track schedules, resources, deliverables, and project performance.
