Tevora is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Project Management Operations team. To be successful in this role a high level of organization will be necessary as our environment is a fast-paced one. The selected candidate will be a motivated, positive, and overall team player with the desire to work in a growing company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree required
  • Ability to track and manage details for multiple projects simultaneously
  • Adaptable to change and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate to an advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Highly organized and strong problem solver
  • Project Coordinator or Administrative Support experience preferred
  • Able to adapt and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • No bankruptcies or negative reports on credit report

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated experience in working in cross-functional teams
  • Experience with MS Project and Salesforce or other ERP (enterprise resource planning) platform
  • Experience supporting sandbox testing, and corresponding data entry and analysis
  • Experience in client or customer-facing roles

Responsibilities

  • Support the Program Manager and/or Senior Project Manager facilitate client-facing projects delivered on time and within scope and budget by tracking day-to-day activities such as, scheduling and preparing for calls, client communication, timelines, and deliverable progress
  • Daily communication and coordination with the Consulting team and within the Project Management Office
  • Interaction with executive management level clients on a regular basis
  • Support the PMO by owning key internal processes
  • Assist with maintaining project documentation, including ensuring data integrity for enterprise reporting purposes
