Position overview: The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting weBoost product launches by ensuring that all activities across teams are aligned, on schedule, and executed smoothly from concept to market release. This role works closely with and reports to the weBoost Project Manager. The position is based in St. George, UT and follows a 9/80 schedule , with every other Friday off.

Requirements

  • Prior experience with project planning or a similar role coordinating projects across multiple teams
  • Experience supporting project planning activities such as tracking milestones, managing action items, and leading team meetings
  • Strong ability to take ownership of tasks and manage multiple projects through to completion with minimal oversight
  • High level of adaptability and flexibility in shifting priorities, responding to business needs, and supporting evolving project goals
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proactive approach to solving problems and overcoming obstacles
  • Strong computer skills including familiarity with Windows-based programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Planner, Project, or another tool is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Cross-functional Coordination – Act as the central point of communication between product management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and quality teams. The mission is to make sure everyone is working from the same plan, with clear expectations and handoffs.
  • Planning and Schedule Control – Support the creation and maintenance of launch timelines, milestones, and dependencies, tracking progress and highlighting risks early. The goal is to keep the product launch on time and within scope.
  • Information and Documentation Management – A key part of the mission is ensuring that accurate, up-to-date information is available to all stakeholders, reducing confusion and rework.
  • Risk and Issue Tracking – Monitors risks, issues, and changes, escalating concerns to the product manager when needed.
  • Process Adherence – Help ensure the launch follows established development and launch processes (stage-gate reviews, validation steps, certification checks, readiness reviews), supporting compliance and quality standards.
  • Launch Readiness Support – Leading up to launch, help verify that all launch deliverables are complete so the organization is fully prepared.
  • Post-Launch Follow-Up – After launch, conduct post-launch reviews, lessons learned, and tracking early performance issues to support continuous improvement.
