About The Position

This position will be based out of our Centennial, CO location. Photon Brothers is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis (4 to 6 months from date of hire). The Project Coordinator is responsible for keeping residential solar and energy storage projects organized, moving, and accurately documented from contract through project closeout.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or customer-facing scheduling roles
Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities
Clear, professional communication, with a proactive approach to keeping customers and internal teams updated
Comfortable using project management or scheduling software
Detail oriented, able to catch and flag issues before they become bigger problems

Responsibilities

Coordinate project milestones, scheduling, and customer availability
Provide customers with operational project updates and next steps
Monitor project status, aging, and outstanding requirements
Follow up with internal teams to ensure required work is progressing
Identify blockers and escalate unresolved issues
Coordinate handoffs between Sales, Preconstruction, Operations, Inspections, and Service
Maintain accurate project stages, notes, tasks, and documentation
Confirm installation readiness before scheduling
Track post-installation requirements including inspections, corrections, PTO, and closeout
Ensure every project has a clear next action and responsible owner
