About The Position

Project Coordinator Position Summary Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 100% on-site Catalent’s Greenville, N.C. facility specializes in end-to-end turn-key solutions for oral solid dosage forms, including integrated formulation development, analytical services, commercial manufacturing, and packaging. This state-of-the-art facility has had over $100M of investments in recent years and features fit-for-scale capacity with potent handling capabilities, ideal for orphan or targeted drug development. The Project Coordinator supports the Project Management team with project execution and driving continuous improvement. This role collaborates closely with Business Development, Manufacturing Operations, Commercial Operations, and Quality Assurance to ensure seamless coordination and deliver exceptional client service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in a regulated industry
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint desired
  • Experience with ERP system desired
  • Ability to work in a standard office environment for extended periods
  • May involve prolonged periods of sitting, standing, or walking, depending on daily activities and meeting schedules

Responsibilities

  • Ensure completion of assigned tasks and actively monitor timelines to support Project Managers
  • Participate in project meetings and propose/implement process improvements when necessary
  • Communicate project progress, updates, and follow-ups to clients, stakeholders, and internal team members
  • Evaluate potential project risks and collaborate with Project Managers to develop mitigation strategies
  • Manage straightforward projects requiring minimal client interaction; act as the primary client contact and address questions or observations promptly
  • Serve as the Client Advocate for work executed on-site
  • Assist in developing and overseeing a Project Plan to achieve key milestones
  • Assist with leading meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure project success
