We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to partner closely with our Project Manager and support a variety of exciting projects from kickoff to completion. Requirements

• Experience in project coordination, administration, operations, or a similar role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• The ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-moving environment
• A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
• Confidence working collaboratively across teams

Nice To Haves

• Experience with estimating, quoting, or quality control processes

Responsibilities

• Building and supporting project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinating project activities and helping teams stay aligned
• Keeping communication flowing between internal teams and clients
• Tracking progress and providing updates that keep everyone informed
• Attending meetings, documenting action items, and helping ensure follow-through
• Identifying issues early and helping find solutions before they become roadblocks
• Maintaining organized project documentation and supporting company standards
• Assisting with estimating, quotes, quality checks, and processing smaller orders
