Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide administrative assistance to the project team Track project documentation, plans, and reports. Assist with transmittals, Submittal Logs, RFI logs, Change Order Logs, ASI Logs, meeting minutes, warranty letters/O&M assembly, preparation of invoices/pay apps for PM Approval, and frequently work on projects with required deadlines. Document and track insurance certificates, including electronic filing of documents. Enter new vendors into the procurement database and invoices into the accounting system. Process vendor/subcontractor invoices and waivers and distribute checks and electronic filing of documents. Assist with the distribution of employee time and entry into the payroll system. Responsible for all other duties as assigned. The employee may be required to work extended hours (more than 8 hours per day), weekends, and holidays. The employee will be compensated based on guidelines in the Fair Labor Standards Act. Qualifications and Requirements Basic knowledge of construction and accounting. Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing. Experience with working effectively with a team. This is a safety-sensitive position; the candidate must complete and pass a background check and a ten-panel drug /alcohol testing. Experienced with Microsoft 365 applications with the ability to learn new software programs as required.
