About us: Apply Digital’s Marketing Services division is a rapidly expanding full-service Martech team with team members in the US, Europe, LATAM, and Asia. As a personalization agency, we bridge the gap between creative, marketing, and strategy. We specialize in cross-channel content strategy, creation, and distribution (email, paid social, push, SMS), and MarTech implementations. We work with 50+ clients, ranging in size from companies like YETI, Upside, and Nutrafol to established marquee brands like A+E Networks, Afterpay, and Stanley Black & Decker. Role: We are looking to bring on a Project Coordinator, as a part of our Marketing Services Team, you will assist with a variety of CRM marketing projects simultaneously. This person would work heavily with our strategy, creative, and email production teams. This role is a mix of great project management combined with internal team interactions, and the role will gain exposure working with a mix of startup and marquee brands in a fast-paced environment. Our Coordinators will work closely and collaborate with Customer Success Managers to serve as a conduit between our clients and the team, keeping us on track to fulfill projects and ensuring our success in meeting project deadlines.

Requirements

  • 1+ years working in a project management role.
  • 1+ years working with a marketing team or serving marketing as a client.
  • Strong project management and accountability skills are extremely important! You will ensure we’re delivering on project goals every step of the way.
  • Experience with routing feedback and assets between different stakeholders.
  • A track record of great communication between teams or clients.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with marketing programs and methods, including marketing plans, strategic recommendations, A/B testing, execution, and reading results would be a plus for any candidate.
  • Has superior written skills, epic organization, email etiquette, and communication skills.
  • Is a people person and has a good attitude, friendly, and thrives in a team environment.
  • Has excellent attention to detail, with the ability to read through emails and documents and fully take in all information and break it down into tasks.
  • Has worked in project management tools (Asana, Monday, Wrike, Trello)
  • Worked in an organization that has multiple teams and can communicate well cross-functionally.
  • Is a self-starter and motivated.

Responsibilities

  • Effective project management of all assigned project resources, ensuring all deadlines are met with an accurate and high-quality product.
  • Provide assistance to the Customer Success Manager who is responsible for guiding the client through the support process. This role will customize the deliverables and dates according to the specific project, and effectively manage all deliverables and communications with the Customer Success Manager and sometimes the client.
  • Participate in all internal meetings, ensuring all client requests are ticketed and contain sufficient information, as well as provide answers to any questions from other internal team members.
  • Track all tasks in our project management tool, and partner with our internal team to ensure sufficient resourcing and on-time delivery of assets.
  • Identify any roadblocks that prevent a project from being delivered on time. Partner with our internal team to determine how to remove roadblocks.
