About The Position

Project Coordinator to help our Commercial Cloud Delivery Team manage service projects for clients. As an ASAM Coordinator you'll be expected to oversee technical project teams and drive project KPI metrics, such as keeping the project timeline, budget, and schedule on track. The Coordinator will engage and communicate with client stakeholders throughout the duration of projects and be able to manage multiple projects in parallel while maintaining Insight’s expectation for high-quality delivery. Candidate must have a base technical foundation in public cloud hypervisors and prior project experience with Terraform, Firewalls, and the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework. Along the way, you will get to: Serve as the primary point of contact on all project issues, needs, and concerns Client and Vendor Management Facilitate introduction kickoff call to review scope and project expectations Maintain project financials and forecasts Reports Generation and Documentation Project Management Tools Process Optimization Partner with lead architects to oversee and drive multiple concurrent projects Small, Medium, and Corporate clients. Requirements

  • Professional communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher)
  • Advance knowledge in financial and management apps such as SAP750, Clarizen (Adaptive Work), Fieldglass, and Qorus
  • Ability to commit long-term and full-time
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time)
  • Foundational understanding of the Microsoft Azure Cloud platform
  • Previous project experience with:
  • Cloud Architecture and Models
  • Cloud Network Security
  • Coud Adoption Framework
  • Terraform and Bicep deployments of cloud infrastructure
  • Azure AVD
  • Azure Migration tooling and process
  • This position is for serious, career-oriented candidates

Nice To Haves

  • At least White Belt Lean Six Sigma certificate holder
  • Ability to solve complex problems with minimal guidance
  • Knowledge of:
  • Cloud Component Integration
  • Cloud Identity & Access Management
  • Cloud Security Controls
  • Candidate will be embedded in high volume solution architecture team. The expected volume is 20 concurrent Cloud Projects. Candidate must possess:
