About The Position

Project Coordinator – Manufacturing / Quality
Pay: $25/hour
Shifts:
Day: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (San Marcos area)
What You’ll Do
Coordinate shop floor assembly and inspection activities
Support ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 compliance
Train and supervise inspectors using standardized work instructions
Perform audits (Layered Process Audits) and support quality reporting
Serve as customer liaison on assigned projects
Coordinate with logistics for material flow
Support non-conforming and scrap processes
What We’re Looking For
2+ years manufacturing or quality experience
Ability to read prints and work instructions
Microsoft Office proficiency
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Bilingual preferred
High school diploma required (some college a plus)
