Project Coordinator – Commercial Construction We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support our commercial construction team. This role works closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and properly documented from start to finish. Responsibilities include managing project documentation, tracking contracts and change orders, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, processing RFIs and submittals, assisting with scheduling, and supporting project reporting. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment. Experience in commercial construction, strong communication skills, and proficiency in computer skills are preferred.
