The Project Coordinator will work as a liaison for the customer to identify project requirements and specifications as well as administer and organize projects and support teammates. Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience
  • Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
  • Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and overall professionalism
  • Ability to calmly manage stressful and/or very busy situations with multiple competing priorities
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment or independently on multiple projects at the same time
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary software
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Responsibilities

  • Clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress
  • Create preliminary estimate using estimating software
  • Build relationships with insurance company representatives & maintain familiarity with insurance carrier specifications and preferences
  • Review and validate job site documentation, working closely with Project Managers to ensure accuracy & completeness
  • Collaborate with office team to build efficient schedules of work and communicate to team accordingly
  • Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
