About The Position

The Project Coordinator works closely with the leadership team members to support on a variety of residential and outpatient expansion projects. This position is responsible for project coordination and support including timeline development in coordination with key stakeholders, creating and managing project tracking tools, communicating and tracking deliverables. Position provides technical and administrative support to the executive leadership team, as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within healthcare.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Suite to include Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Demonstrates Project Management skills
  • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Provides project management support for a variety of residential and outpatient organic growth initiatives; schedules project related activities; coordinates activities with internal and external stakeholders; maintains and updates related documentation.
  • Collaborates with project team members to develop project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Integrates project plans and schedules from multiple sources to create a cohesive project plan with identifiable milestones, manages the agreed project plans and schedules, and ensures successful completion within the agreed scope, budget, timeline, and quality parameters.
  • Collaborates with project team members to schedule, review and monitor project work ensuring progress within stated timelines.
  • Communicates project status, to include progress and barriers, with executive and project team members.
  • Coordinates project team meetings, documents and communicates follow up activities and action items.
  • Prepares and distributes executive and project meeting materials and reports; follows up on action items ensuring project timelines are met.
  • Supports due diligence efforts related to growth initiatives to include research, data collection, and analysis.
  • Creates and modifies standardized tools and project plans based on state, licensure, and accreditation specifications.
  • Ensures all project development and operational documentation is accurately dispositioned for continuity of process.
  • Creates, formats, and modifies standardized forms and templates.
  • Provides technical and administrative support to the executive leadership team, as needed.
