Pella Windows and Doors SW is looking for professional and communicative people to join our Albuquerque, NM office as full-time Project Coordinators! This is a customer-facing role where you'll be coordinating the vital aspects of our projects and deliveries that keep our business successful. Project Coordinator Compensation: Competitive pay of $17.00 - $19.00/hour $5,000 sign-on bonus Health insurance Dental and vision coverage Paid time off (PTO) Health savings or flexible spending accounts (HSA/FSA) Company-provided phone and laptop DAY-TO-DAY Our Project Coordinators typically work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday . Precision, customer service, and attention to detail will be your top priorities! You'll help shape the customer experience by coordinating all aspects of our deliveries and projects, including scheduling, customer communication, and damaged product recoveries. Always professional and upbeat, you'll engage with customers, answer questions, and address any concerns. We're always trying to improve our methods and refine our processes, so you'll also be responsible for identifying areas for growth and continuously improving office workflows.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of project coordination experience
  • Professional and polite phone and email communication skills
  • Positive, helpful, and solution-oriented personality

  • General construction knowledge or experience
