We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team at CLS Health. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in project management, operations, and healthcare-related projects. The Project Coordinator will work closely with our Project Managers and Senior Project Manager to support various projects across OBL, GLP, RPM/CCM, PET SCAN, and Infusion initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management software a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
- Support operational tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and workflow tracking.
- Help audit and monitor financials for ongoing projects.
- Prepare status reports and communicate project updates to the team.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners as needed.
- Learn project management processes and tools through on-the-job training.
- Participate in ancillary project evaluation and implementation tasks.
