Cosmo Cabinets is a fast-growing, U.S.-based manufacturer of modern, full-access frameless and framed kitchen and bath cabinets and countertops serving the multifamily, build-to-rent, and commercial housing markets across the Sun Belt and beyond. We partner directly with leading general contractors, developers, and owners to deliver true turnkey cabinet and countertop packages—from design and engineering through production, logistics, and installation—on large-scale projects where schedule, accuracy, and coordination are critical. Our culture is hands-on, collaborative, and rooted in the realities of construction and building materials, not IT or software, and we are specifically seeking candidates who understand construction job sites, shop drawings, and product lead times. The Project Coordinator – Multifamily is responsible for managing cabinet and countertop projects from post-sale handoff through installation readiness, ensuring all technical, logistical, and customer requirements are executed accurately and on schedule. Acting as the operational hub between Sales, Design, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and Field/Installation teams. This role focuses heavily on submittals, shop drawings, selections, field coordination, and schedule adherence for large multifamily jobs. You will play a key role in minimizing errors, protecting margins, and driving efficient project flow from approval to install. Important: This is a project coordination role for construction and building materials. We are not seeking candidates from IT/software project management backgrounds and will prioritize applicants with direct experience in building materials, construction, or cabinets/countertops.
