About The Position

We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of multi-family cabinet and countertop projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and dedicated to providing outstanding service to both our customers and internal team members.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management, ideally in construction, remodeling, or home improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and project management software/tools.
  • A proactive mindset with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Experience in cabinetry, countertops, or home renovation industries.
  • Familiarity with design software like 2020 Design.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of cabinet and countertop projects—from initial planning to final completion.
  • Coordinate with sales, vendors, and clients to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and scopes to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Communicate proactively with all stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and support internal reporting.
  • Identify and manage risks, resolving challenges before they impact the timeline or outcome.
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet both company standards and client expectations.
  • Support the multi-family sales team in achieving sales and profit objectives.
  • Organize, update and maintain Multi-Family estimate log(s)
  • Available and willing to work overtime as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
