The Project Coordinator - Wireline role manages Pole Attachment applications on utility poles throughout PSE's territory. Working under the guidance of senior staff, this role coordinates with multiple internal departments (Engineering, Real Estate, Environmental, Permitting, System Planning, and Energy Resources) and external customers to execute defined project scopes. The position involves conducting regular site visits throughout the territory, managing all construction-related activities for wireless projects, drafting and monitoring medium-complexity contracts, managing contractor relationships to ensure project deliverables meet regulated timelines and quality standards. This role requires strong communication skills and change/Process management (preferably in utilities or telecommunications), and the ability to collaborate across departments while maintaining compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE’s operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety. Demonstrates commitment to conduct business honestly, ethically and consistent with our core values and Code of Conduct. Ensures duties are performed in accordance with all regulatory compliance obligations.
