The Sonoran Center for Excellence in Disabilities at the University of Arizona seeks a Project Coordinator for Transition Services to improve outcomes for youth and young adults with disabilities. The coordinator will oversee transition service development, co-coordinate a statewide Pre-Employment Transition Services project, oversee regions of the summer work program, supervise staff, and facilitate collaboration with school and community partners. Additional responsibilities include data monitoring, training, and the development of responsive strategies for underserved youth. The role also involves resource development, administrative oversight, direct service delivery in community settings, and collaboration with Sonoran Center teams to ensure implementation of best practices. This position will oversee the northern portion of the state, so the position will be based in the Northern AZ (including NW, NE, and/or Greater Phoenix Area).
