Project Coordinator Intern Essential Functions: 1. Design 1. Interpret detailed specifications for automation and control systems. 2. Documentation 1. Use standard templates and support the development of detailed system documentation for the management of automation projects. Project schedule Kickoff documents Risk registers Stakeholder registers Meeting minutes Closeout documents 2. Use project reporting and support development of additional project reports. 3. Edit existing and develop new company templates for the PMO group under the direction of others. 4. Support project management submittal efforts. 3. Project Management: 1. Obtain general knowledge of PDA project management practices. Modify project schedule timelines. Update resource allocations on projects. Create change orders and equipment PO’s as necessary. Complete project onboarding and project closeout steps per PDA SOP’s. Understand project billing requirements and support PM’s on monitoring and triggering of appropriate billing steps. 2. Provide general administrative support to all PMO group members. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills. 2. Strong computer skills. 3.
