We are looking for a Project Coordinator Intern to join our team! This role supports Project and Program Managers by assisting with coordination, documentation, tracking, and communication across small-scale projects and workstreams. The project coordinator intern develops foundational skills in project, change, and process management while applying standard tools, templates, and methodologies under close guidance. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Support project planning activities, including task tracking, schedules, action items, and meeting notes. Maintain project documentation such as status reports, risk/issue logs, decision logs, and shared repositories. Assist with meeting coordination, agendas, follow-ups, and stakeholder communications. Collect and validate data for basic reporting and dashboards (e.g., milestones, deliverables, and risks). Follow established project, change, and process management standards and templates. Escalate risks, issues, and questions to the assigned Project or Program Manager in a timely manner. Participate in continuous improvement activities and lessons-learned reviews. Complete required training and actively seek feedback to accelerate learning and development. You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks. You build driven and breakthrough strategies that show a clear connection between vision and action. For This Role, You Will Need: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field. Strong interest in project, program, or operations management. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Exposure to project management concepts through coursework or internships. Familiarity with collaboration or reporting tools (e.g., SharePoint, Power BI) is a plus. Interest in continuous improvement, Lean, or process optimization concepts.
