About The Position

The Facilities team at Zscaler is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Workplace Services Intern to join us in San Jose, CA as part of our hybrid internship program. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Workplace Projects, you will play a critical support role in managing daily operations, coordinating maintenance, and executing event setups. You will also have the opportunity to bring a fresh perspective to process documentation and minor improvement initiatives, driving efficiency and enhancing the employee experience across Zscaler’s office environment.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Construction Management, Workforce Development, or Design.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Motivated self-starter with a passion for innovation and technology.

Nice To Haves

Experience interpreting data to provide clear insights and actionable recommendations on projects.
Prior involvement in workplace change management or workforce-related initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver clear, data-driven presentations that tell impactful stories and guide key projects.
Act as a liaison between multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and operation within workplace services.
Drive knowledge management by fostering a culture of knowledge sharing (People) and leveraging technology systems (e.g., intranets and knowledge bases) to organize and store essential workplace information.
