About The Position

As a Project Coordinator – Interior Design, you will: Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and studio teams to support healthcare interior design projects from concept through construction. Assist in developing conceptual designs, detailed space planning, and producing plans, renderings, and client presentations using tools like Revit and Adobe Suite. Coordinate and compile construction documents, including material, furniture, and millwork specifications, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, codes, and project requirements. Manage finish and color selections, sample procurement, maintain material libraries, and develop detailed furniture specification books. Apply knowledge of building codes, sustainable design practices, and project delivery methods to support technical coordination and project execution. Support interdisciplinary coordination, assist with technical reviews, and help track budget and schedule considerations for complex healthcare projects. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design/Architecture from an accredited university.
  • Eligible to pursue or currently pursuing NCIDQ certification.
  • At least 4 years of job-related design experience is required.
  • Proficient in Revit, Enscape, Adobe Suite, and other modeling software such as Grasshopper, Rhino, SketchUp, and Lumion.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in Healthcare interior design, preferably within an architectural firm, is highly preferred.
  • LEED accreditation and/or EDAC certification are a plus.
