The primary role of the Project Coordinator is to support the function of Field Medical, working within the ICV therapeutic area and across the multiple field teams. Individual will be responsible for performing a diverse set of administrative duties. Must be able to work independently and have successfully demonstrated an ability to work collaboratively within a large team environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring that Field Medical Leads/Region Directors respond in a timely fashion to senior leadership requests, organizing team responses for leadership requests, organizing and scheduling meetings, managing calendars, arranging travel, and any ad hoc projects. Composing and editing correspondence and assisting with development of PowerPoint presentations. The ideal candidate must be proficient with BMS systems and processes, including Outlook, Concur, ONYX, SAP and Ariba. Must be proficient with MS Office software, specifically having strong skills in Word, MS PowerPoint, and ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets in Excel. This position will require frequent communication and coordination with external and internal customers including, vendors and agencies, consultants and members of various cross-functional internal teams. The successful candidate should be a self-motivated, efficient team player with strong organizational, oral and written communication skills.
