Project Coordinator I (RC/PC VA)

Aston Carter•Arlington, VA
•$26 - $26•Onsite

About The Position

We are looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator I to join a fast-paced recruiting organization and help keep high-volume hiring programs moving behind the scenes. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with previous Recruiting Coordinator experience who is ready to take on broader project and program responsibilities. You'll work closely with program coordinators, candidates, business partners, and cross-functional teams while managing everything from interview logistics and service requests to reporting, data accuracy, process improvement, and recruiting operations. If you're someone who loves keeping moving pieces organized, improving processes, solving operational problems, and being the person everyone can count on to know whats happening, this may be the perfect next step. This role will be a great match for someone who is organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning a lot of moving pieces at once. You'll especially thrive if you're someone who has coordinated high-volume recruiting before, loves organization and keeping people on track, doesn't get rattled when priorities suddenly change, notices small errors before they become bigger problems, communicates confidently with different types of stakeholders, enjoys working with systems, data, reports, and processes, can take ownership without needing constant direction, likes figuring out how workflows can be faster, easier, and more efficient, and understands that a great candidate experience depends just as much on excellent coordination as it does on recruiting. You'll be working in a fast-paced and potentially international environment, so priorities can shift quickly and collaboration across teams will be a regular part of your day. If you've already built a foundation in high-volume recruiting coordination and want an opportunity that gives you broader exposure to project coordination, program operations, reporting, process improvement, data quality, and automation, this could be an excellent next move. We're looking for someone who can bring structure to a fast-moving environment, keep stakeholders informed, protect the candidate experience, and continuously look for ways to make recruiting operations better.
