About The Position

Adams, Inc. is a trusted electrical contractor delivering high-quality Commercial & Industrial (C&I) electrical solutions among many other service across the building trades. We pride ourselves on safety, craftsmanship, and strong partnerships with our clients and teams. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-driven Project Coordinator to support our electrical construction operations. The Project Coordinator supports commercial and industrial electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role works closely with Electrical Project Managers, field leadership, and estimating teams to coordinate schedules, documentation, materials, and communication to keep projects on track.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction, preferably electrical
Knowledge of electrical construction processes, drawings, and NEC fundamentals
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software
Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

Degree or coursework in Construction Management, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

Coordinate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout packages
Support scheduling, labor tracking, and budget coordination for electrical scopes of work
Assist with material procurement and vendor coordination
Serve as a liaison between clients, general contractors, vendors, and internal project teams
Support smooth handoffs from estimating to construction operations
