Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university in a healthcare discipline Required
In Lieu of degree six (6) years of clinical research, healthcare or related field Required
5 years experience in all aspects of clinical research including study budgeting, phase I-IV research studies, screening, implementation and execution of research studies, regulatory and contracting Required
In lieu of degree eleven (11) years of experience in all aspects of clinical research including study budgeting, phase I-IV research studies, screening, implementation and execution of research studies, regulatory and contracting Required
Clinical trial (investigational drug and/or device) experience Required
Familiarity with FDA regulations and IRB processes Required

Nice To Haves

Community and academic experience in research Preferred

Responsibilities

Responsible and accountable for the start-up activities of clinical research protocols initiated at Piedmont.
Projects will span service lines and operational, clinical and financial areas and will be determined based on researchers' interest and engagement.
