About The Position

Brandcoven is a fast-growing digital marketing agency that specializes in helping businesses build their online presence and reach their target audience. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator / Assistant to join our team and support our project management and administrative tasks. As a Project Coordinator / Assistant, you will work closely with our project managers to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the high-quality standards of our clients. This is a remote position, so you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in digital marketing or agency environment is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in creating and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and budgets
  • Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delays
  • Communicate with clients to gather project requirements and provide updates on project status
  • Coordinate with internal team members and external vendors to ensure timely completion of project tasks
  • Prepare project reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain project documents and files, ensuring they are organized and up-to-date
  • Support project managers in managing project budgets and expenses
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, and managing project calendars
  • Conduct research and provide support for marketing and business development initiatives
  • Assist with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
