About The Position

As a Project Coordinator, you will: Refine your skills and develop expertise while collaborating with practicing registered architects to deliver impactful architectural projects. Fulfill and document required NCARB Architectural Experience Program® (AXP®) credit hours while actively preparing to advance toward architectural registration exams. Collaborate with team members across all design phases, from programming and concept development through the detailed completion of construction documents. Take an active role in Construction Administration, including conducting site visits, coordinating with contractors, and addressing on-site issues. Drive quality control initiatives to ensure high client satisfaction. Requirements

  • 5-year Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited University program and pursuing licensure.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience demonstrating strong concept design skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated competency using Revit and AutoCAD is required.
  • Ability to interact professionally and comfortably with various personalities and communication styles, and build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • Foundational knowledge using Rhino, Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, and/or other 3D rendering software programs is a plus.
