About The Position

Address Validation is responsible for supporting the PMO Construction team by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and readiness of serviceable address data associated with network expansion, construction projects, and fiber deployments. This role serves as a critical liaison between Construction, Engineering, GIS, Planning, Sales, Operations, and external vendors to validate addresses, identify discrepancies, and ensure accurate reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Validate and maintain serviceable address data associated with network construction and expansion projects.
Review, analyze, and reconcile address records from multiple systems, including GIS, construction databases, municipal records, and vendor submissions.
Identify and resolve address discrepancies, duplicate records, missing information, and serviceability conflicts.
Ensure address records comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Perform quality assurance reviews on newly constructed and planned service areas.
Project Coordination
Support PMO project managers by tracking address validation milestones and deliverables.
Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Planning, GIS, and Operations teams to resolve address-related issues impacting project timelines.
Manage workflows and status updates for address validation activities across multiple concurrent projects.
Facilitate meetings and follow-up actions related to address serviceability and project readiness.
Escalate unresolved issues and risks that may impact deployment schedules.
Reporting & Analytics
Generate and maintain reports tracking address validation progress, completion rates, and project readiness metrics.
Develop dashboards and project summaries for PMO leadership.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to address accuracy, project completion, and serviceability readiness.
Provide data analysis and recommendations to improve validation processes and operational efficiency.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve address validation procedures and document best practices.
Support system enhancements and automation initiatives related to address management.
Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on data quality and construction readiness.
