About The Position

The Project Coordinator 2 supports the successful execution of projects by assisting Project Managers and field teams throughout the project lifecycle. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and ensuring effective communication between internal teams, vendors, and customers. The Project Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management/ERP tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the security, construction, or technology industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources to support timely project delivery
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports
  • Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Assist with procurement, material tracking, and vendor coordination
  • Support financial processes such as job costing, invoicing, and budget tracking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and resolve issues
  • Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers as needed
