About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Data Services team. This junior-level role supports the Deputy CIO of Data Services and plays a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of departmental initiatives from conception to delivery. The Project Coordinator will manage schedules, track deliverables, maintain documentation, and facilitate communication between stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in project management principles who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Sensei IQ, MS Project)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting project managers in technical or operational settings
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Sensei IQ

Responsibilities

  • Participate in weekly scrum meetings with the Data Services leadership team
  • Schedule and attend stakeholder meetings; prepare and share meeting notes
  • Coordinate project timelines, goals, and deliverables across departments
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure materials are properly filed
  • Communicate proactively to identify and resolve potential issues
  • Support project design and implementation efforts
  • Monitor budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines
  • Prepare project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and correspondence
  • Assist in gathering equipment, resources, and information for upcoming projects
  • Ensure deadlines are met and follow up on assigned tasks
