About The Position

This Evergreen posting allows us to connect with qualified professionals in advance of upcoming project awards, long-term programs, owner's engineering assignments, and embedded client support roles. We are interested in individuals who bring expertise in one or more areas of Project Controls, including: Cost Engineering, Engineering Planning, Turnaround Planning, Resource Loading, Cost Analysis, Project Cost Management, Estimating, Planning and Scheduling, Progress Measurement, Earned Value Management (EVM), Forecasting and Performance Reporting, Change Management, Risk Analysis and Quantitative Risk Assessment, Project Analytics and Reporting. Our Project Controls professionals work closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Engineering Leads, Construction Teams, Procurement Specialists, and Client stakeholders to provide visibility, predictability, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Roles may support projects in refining, chemicals, energy, power, life sciences, food and beverage, manufacturing, mining, infrastructure, and other industrial sectors.

Requirements

Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, energy, EPC, EPCM, owner's engineering, or capital project environments.
Experience in one or more project controls disciplines including cost, scheduling, estimating, forecasting, planning, or project reporting.
Demonstrated understanding of project execution processes and project lifecycle management.
Experience working in multi-discipline project environments.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Power BI, Excel, and related project controls software.
Working knowledge of cost management systems and project reporting platforms.
Understanding of earned value management principles.
Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret engineering, procurement, construction, and project management data.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate project status, trends, and risks to stakeholders.
Experience supporting projects in refining, chemicals, life sciences, power, mining, food & beverage, or similar industrial markets.
Demonstrated innovation, initiative, maturity, and sound judgment.
Experience leveraging AI tools to improve reporting, forecasting, analysis, workflow efficiency, and project decision-making while maintaining accountability and quality.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using P6 Primavera.
Support scope definition, work breakdown structures (WBS), and execution planning.
Develop Level 1 through Level 4 schedules as appropriate.
Evaluate schedule performance and identify critical path impacts.
Facilitate schedule updates with project teams and stakeholders.
Facilitate interactive planning sessions.
Perform schedule risk assessments and recovery planning.
Prepare a basis of schedule.
Develop project budgets and cost baselines.
Track project expenditures, commitments, accruals, and forecasts.
Analyze cost performance and identify variances.
Support estimate validation and cost benchmarking activities.
Generate cost reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
Participate in forecasting and project financial reviews.
Accruals and cashflows.
Prepare conceptual, budgetary, and detailed Total Installed Cost (TIC) estimates.
Support proposal development and project planning efforts.
Perform quantity takeoffs and estimate reviews.
Analyze historical project data and market trends to improve estimate accuracy.
Support contingency development and estimate risk analysis.
Facilitate estimate review meeting.
Prepare basis of estimate.
Integrate cost, schedule, progress, and forecasting information into meaningful performance metrics.
Support earned value management and performance analysis.
Facilitate project controls reviews with management and clients.
Develop KPIs, dashboards, and project health indicators.
Assist with project change management processes.
Support project audits and lessons learned initiatives.
Participate in Client and Eichleay project team meetings.
Partner with project management and engineering teams to support successful project delivery.
Provide timely, accurate communication regarding project performance and emerging risks.
Develop reports and presentations for leadership, project teams, and clients.
Support construction, commissioning, turnarounds, and site execution activities as required.
