Requirements

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in related field and 15 years of project experience in project controls.
Typically requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited school.
Experience with MS SharePoint site creation and curation
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to organize, coordinate and host meetings of varying sizes
Proficient with MS Office tools
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment consisting of NASA civil servants and various contractor employees
Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency may be a requirement for this position.
Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.

Assist project managers in organizational & scheduling duties with internal and external partners
Assist project managers with strategic communication
Assist team members with system access requirements and requests
