We’re seeking Project Controls Specialists with strong expertise in cost and scheduling management to join our expanding team. This is a highly critical skill set in today’s market, offering the opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-visibility engineering and construction programs with confidence and precision. These opportunities will be supporting PG&E Northern California (Chico, Sacramento, Rockland, Folsom, Auburn), providing the chance to work alongside a hallmark client on impactful, high-visibility programs. Candidates are required to be located within 60 miles of these locations — any business travel expenses incurred will be reimbursed, including mileage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules, primarily using Primavera P6
  • Establish and monitor cost control baselines and budgets for complex projects
  • Perform earned value analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting for both cost and schedule performance
  • Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and performance updates for internal leadership and client stakeholders
  • Partner with project managers, discipline leads, and finance teams to align scope, schedule, and budget
  • Support risk identification, mitigation planning, and what-if schedule/cost analysis
  • Assist with change management, including evaluation of change orders and analysis of schedule and cost impacts
  • Contribute to claims support and time-impact analyses as needed
