Project Controls Specialist II

This role will support all aspects of monitoring and controlling costs, document control, progress measurement, schedule development and control. Great Southwestern Construction, Inc. Requirements
- 3-6 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related fields
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Bluebeam Revu (Recommended)
Responsibilities
- Assist with developing, implementing and maintaining cost data
- Perform project planning and scheduling tasks
- Assist creating project schedules in Primavera P6
- Assist with Change Order Management for projects
- Assist loading man hours in Primavera P6
- Assist creating manpower profiles in Primavera P6
- Assist in updating schedule progress
- Assist in performing Earned Value calculations for project updates
- Integrate data from one program to another
- Regular and predictable attendance
- The essential functions of this position are to be performed in a Company designated office or field location
- Understand and comply with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards, if applicable.
