This role will support all aspects of monitoring and controlling costs, document control, progress measurement, schedule development and control. Great Southwestern Construction, Inc. Requirements

  • 3-6 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related fields
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Bluebeam Revu (Recommended)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with developing, implementing and maintaining cost data
  • Perform project planning and scheduling tasks
  • Assist creating project schedules in Primavera P6
  • Assist with Change Order Management for projects
  • Assist loading man hours in Primavera P6
  • Assist creating manpower profiles in Primavera P6
  • Assist in updating schedule progress
  • Assist in performing Earned Value calculations for project updates
  • Integrate data from one program to another
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • The essential functions of this position are to be performed in a Company designated office or field location
  • Understand and comply with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards, if applicable.
  • Other duties as assigned
