The field-based Project Controls Manager is responsible for leading the implementation, standardization, and continuous improvement of project controls practices across MasTec Power projects. This role provides oversight, training, and governance of cost control processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and effective project performance management across MasTec Power Corp. This is a traveling, project-based position, up to 90% of the time, with potential placement on a project site located in any state throughout the US. Projects typically last 8-18 months.
