The role involves developing project-specific strategies, processes, and procedures to adapt to the project's evolving needs and ensure alignment with the prime contract. This position requires interaction with and review of data from subcontractors, summarizing it for the project management team. Additionally, the Project Controls Manager will have a client-facing role, engaging in regular meetings with the owner's site-based project managers and the owner's Project Controls Manager during financial reviews. A high level of proficiency in CMiC, the company's Oracle-based project management, job cost, and accounting software, is required within four months of employment.
