About The Position

The Manager, Project Controls reports to the General Manager, Commercial Services and leads global project controls, cost engineering, forecasting, and commercial reporting across all operating business units (Canada, Indonesia, Mongolia, and Mexico). The role is responsible for maximizing project performance and profitability through effective contract management, cost and schedule control, performance monitoring, forecasting, and reporting. The incumbent provides leadership and direction to project controls personnel in both field and office environments, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining project baselines and execution plans, overseeing contract administration, analyzing project performance, identifying variances, and recommending corrective actions to support successful project delivery.
