WSP is seeking a Project Controls Manager to join our growing Project Controls team. This individual can be based out of any office across the US. The Project Controls Manager will take ownership of the Project Controls function across the program, ensuring effective integration of cost, schedule, risk, and reporting disciplines to support program objectives. This role involves leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of program-wide project controls processes, procedures, governance frameworks, and systems in collaboration with the client and Program Manager. The individual will serve as the primary point of contact for all project controls matters, aligning closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistency and transparency in reporting and controls. A key responsibility is developing and overseeing enterprise-level dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to monitor program cost, schedule, and performance health, providing real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs), risk exposure, trends, and variances. The role also entails establishing and enforcing robust cost control procedures, integrating cost and schedule management practices, providing clear reports to senior leadership, chairing meetings, managing change control processes, and overseeing the preparation and validation of program estimates.
