About The Position

We are seeking a Project Controls Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. This is a hybrid/site-based role in the central New Jersey area. The candidate is expected to be onsite 3-4 days/week for the first few months while on-boarding and learning client projects and systems. Then the current client requirement is to be onsite minimum 50%, subject to any changes in client's requirements. Your role General responsibilities will be focused on Cost Management, include: Project setup. Cost reporting including forecasting/re-forecasting. Cashflow/spend projections. Vendor contract and purchase order setup. Change order review. Invoice review. Vendor and project closeout.

Requirements

• Mid-level/5 years experience is preferred

Nice To Haves

• Scheduling experience is a bonus
