In this role you will: Evaluate our current data management processes and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements. Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners. Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks. Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience implementing cost & schedule management work processes
• A comprehensive understanding of Work Breakdown Structure and project Coding structures
• Successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating
• A degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline
