The ExxonMobil Fracture Technology Systems (EMFTS) Project Controls Engineer will collaborate with EMFTS leaders to develop and manage the overarching program schedule, individual project schedules, and budgets to ensure attainment of program objectives. The Project Controls Engineer will be part of the project delivery team. The anticipated duration of the role is approximately 18 months, concluding at the end of Q1 2028. The Project Controls Engineer will work with the EMFTS Leadership Team to build an integrated schedule that identifies critical dependencies and Strategic Leadership Milestones (SLMs). The individual will also work with Project Managers to develop project-specific schedules and budgets, support on-time and within-budget project delivery, and highlight key delivery risks. The purpose of this role is to create schedule and budget transparency that allows the EMFTS Leadership Team to: Manage complex schedules through a Strategic Leadership Milestone lens. Effectively manage critical delivery risks. Identify areas of focus to support effective resource allocation. Communicate delivery risks to the business.
