Key responsibilities span overseeing integrated master schedules, managing project budgets and forecasts using methodologies like Earned Value Management (EVM), establishing KPIs and reporting dashboards, implementing structured risk management processes, overseeing change management, and serving as the primary project controls interface with clients and executive leadership. The role also requires implementing and managing project controls systems and tools such as Primavera P6, Power BI, cost management systems, and integrated reporting platforms, ensuring data consistency across systems.
