The Project Controls Associate is a development-track role reporting to the Project Controls Manager. The position applies core Project Controls principles—including cost management, planning and scheduling, progress measurement, change management, risk management, and performance reporting—to support large-scale, mission-critical construction and manufacturing programs. It begins with a structured, office-based training rotation to build proficiency in Integra’s systems, procedures, and reporting cycle, followed by a field assignment working alongside construction, engineering, and project management teams. Success is measured by the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of project data and the Associate’s progression toward independent ownership of the overall scope of work. The position begins in Integra’s Houston, Texas office for onboarding and front-end training, with subsequent mobilization to an active project site. Relocation and per diem support are provided for site assignments in accordance with company policy. Field assignments require personal protective equipment and compliance with site safety requirements. The role occasionally involves bending, stooping, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning, and/or lifting. The role offers exposure to multi-billion-dollar mission-critical and hyperscale data center programs, mentorship from senior Project Controls professionals, and a development path from office training to field assignment and potential specialization in cost, scheduling, progress, change, or risk. Integra supports industry certification and eligible professional dues. Tools mentioned include Costpoint, Procore, Primavera P6, Power BI, and Excel.
