The Office of Strategic Infrastructure, Planning, and Construction (SIPC) at the University of North Texas System (UNTS) seeks a Project Controls Analyst. The Project Controls Analyst supports the management and oversight of construction project data across the UNT System. This position maintains and updates project and financial information within the construction project management system, assists with data analysis and reporting, and provides technical support to ensure accurate and timely project information. The role works closely with the Project Controls team and reports to the Project Controls Manager. This professional position is part of a team responsible for managing the collection, modeling, and analysis of extensive data, as well as developing analysis and reporting capabilities. The Project Controls Analyst provides routine technical support in the day-to-day management of the construction project management system, which supports construction projects across all UNT System institutions. The position is responsible for maintaining and updating financial data within the system and providing accurate, timely information to support project management and reporting needs. The primary focus of this position is to provide routine technical support for the assigned area while ensuring project and financial information is accurately maintained. The Project Controls Analyst reports to the Project Controls Manager.
