This role is for a Project Controls Analyst who will play a key role in delivering Ground Engineering projects for Earth & Environment (E&E) clients across BC & Yukon. The analyst will support complex work related to geotechnical investigations, earthworks, foundations, and critical infrastructure development. The position involves acting as a trusted partner to Project Managers and technical teams, strengthening cost control, forecasting accuracy, and schedule performance across a diverse portfolio of ground engineering programs. The work directly supports informed decision-making, risk mitigation, and successful project outcomes in a fast-paced consulting environment. The analyst will apply strong analytical skills and financial acumen to monitor budgets, track performance, and identify emerging risks early, while helping project teams navigate rebaselining, change management, and performance recovery. Collaboration with geotechnical engineers, project managers, and multidisciplinary stakeholders is essential to ensure project controls practices align with contractual, regulatory, and internal requirements. The role also contributes to the growth of the project controls capability by mentoring junior team members, enhancing reporting and dashboards, and supporting consistent, best-practice approaches across the portfolio. This is an opportunity to combine technical project controls expertise with collaboration, leadership, and regional impact.
