About The Position

This role will provide project controls, financial management, cost/schedule analysis, and programmatic support to ensure programs meet contractual, budgetary, and performance objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Program Management, or related field.
5+ years of project controls, program controls, financial management, or program management experience in government contracting.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

TS/SCI clearance w/ polygraph
Experience supporting an MPO, DoD, or Intelligence Community program.
Experience with EAC/ETC, IMS, and IBRs.
Experience with Costpoint, Unanet, or similar financial systems.
Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and government contract requirements.
PMP or other relevant certification.

Responsibilities

Manage project control activities supporting government programs and contracts.
Develop and maintain budgets, funding profiles, forecasts, and financial plans.
Track costs, commitments, funding, and expenditures against program budgets.
Perform cost and schedule variance analysis and provide recommendations to program leadership.
Develop and maintain EAC/ETC forecasts and support Earned Value Management (EVM) activities.
Support Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), program milestones, and resource planning.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial and programmatic reports.
Monitor contract funding, deliverables, milestones, and contractual commitments.
Support contract modifications, funding actions, program reviews, and audits.
Coordinate with Program Management, Finance, Contracts, technical teams, and government stakeholders.
Identify financial and programmatic risks and support mitigation efforts.
