About The Position

Amentum/Secure Networking is seeking a Project Control Manager (PCM) who will oversee the Wireless Intrusion Detection installation phase of the Skywalker program. The PCM will coordinate installation teams, Site Surveys, and integration efforts with multiple functional wings of the Program. The PCM will assist in the development and approval of Bills of Materials (BOM) oversee selection, coordinate travel and security requests of installation teams, review and approve site survey reports and proposed technical drawings and approve and submit installation reports to Customer points of contact. This position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs, security clearance verification, and funding availability.

Requirements

  • Working/active knowledge of Wireless Intrusion Detection Systems and TSCM capabilities.
  • Knowledge of WIDS deployment and installation.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, fiber optic installation, and SCIF penetration requirements.
  • Experience reviewing CAD drawings and technical installation documentation.
  • Experience developing BOMs for technical deployments.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • TS/SCI w/ Poly Security Clearance Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum Five (5) years managing technical installation projects or engineering teams.
  • Minimum Two (2) years of experience installing or designing WIDS solutions within DoD and/or Intelligence Community environments.

  • Current CISSP certification.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all WIDS installation activities.
  • Coordinate installation teams, Site Leads, engineering personnel, and customer stakeholders.
  • Manage installation schedules, deployment priorities, and resource allocation.
  • Review and approve site survey reports, CAD drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Develop and approve Bills of Materials (BOMs) supporting installation activities.
  • Coordinate personnel travel, security requests, and site access requirements.
  • Ensure installations comply with engineering standards, SCIF regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Monitor installation progress, resolve technical and logistical issues, and provide status updates to Program Management.
  • Review and approve installation completion reports prior to submission to the Government.
  • Support continuous improvement of installation processes and deployment quality.
